Aerial Inspection
Detailed aerial inspection of roofs, façades, chimneys, and high-level assets.
Drone aerial inspection from Corvus is part of our drone surveys service. Aerial inspection replaces scaffolding, MEWPs, and rope access for visual condition assessment. We fly with a high-zoom payload, capture every defect, and supply an annotated report ready for the engineer or the client.
Built around the question being asked.
Flights are conducted within the scope, conditions and limits set by the operator's CAA Operational Authorisation, including airspace permissions, site access, weather conditions and the standard 120m altitude limit unless specifically authorised. Flights follow a planned grid with calibrated control points on the ground. Imagery is processed into orthomosaics and 3D models. Inspections combine wide-area imagery with high-zoom detail captures of the items of interest.
For aerial inspection specifically, the brief drives the choice of frequency, density, and reporting style. We quote a method that fits your access window, your accuracy requirement, and the downstream use of the data.
What you get
- Geo-referenced orthomosaic
- 3D photogrammetric model
