Privacy policy

Corvus respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, or sign up to our updates, we collect: your name, email, phone number (if provided), company name (if provided), and the contents of your message. When you visit corvus.build, our analytics provider sets cookies that record anonymised usage statistics — pages viewed, duration, referrer.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
  • To deliver any work you contract us to do, including issuing reports and invoices.
  • To improve corvus.build using anonymised analytics.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we retain client records for the period required by HMRC (currently six years). You can request deletion at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We use service providers — email, analytics, payment, lab testing partners — that handle your data on our behalf, under contracts that meet UK GDPR.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@corvus.build. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and tag management. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies can be opted out of via your browser settings or our cookie banner.
